These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to all orders placed through this online store and to all use of our website. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

We are an outlet store offering 100% new and original products from established brands, sourced from recognized vendors. We never sell used, refurbished or counterfeit items. Product images are for illustration; minor variations in color may occur due to screen settings.
An order placed through our website constitutes an offer to purchase. A contract is formed when we send you an order confirmation by email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order in cases of suspected fraud, pricing or stock errors, or delivery addresses we cannot serve; in such cases any payment made will be refunded in full.
All prices are in euros (EUR) and include VAT unless stated otherwise. Shipping costs, where applicable, are shown at checkout before you confirm your order. Obvious pricing errors do not bind us. We accept major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro) and popular European payment methods including iDEAL, Bancontact, PayPal, Klarna, Apple Pay and Google Pay.
We currently ship from the Netherlands to addresses in the Netherlands and Belgium only. See our Shipping Policy for details. Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery.
As a consumer in the EU, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason. We voluntarily extend this and accept returns within 15 days of delivery. The full conditions and procedure are set out in our Refund & Return Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
