We currently ship from the Netherlands to addresses in the Netherlands and Belgium only.
Orders are typically processed and handed to the carrier within 1–3 business days. During busy periods this may take slightly longer.
Delivery times depend on your country and the carrier, and generally follow standard shipping times for your destination. We will always help you track down a delayed parcel.
Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout before you confirm your order.
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. You can also use the Track Your Order page to view the status of all your orders.
The Netherlands and Belgium are both part of the EU single market, so no customs duties or import charges apply.
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect address or repeated failed delivery attempts, we will contact you; re-shipping costs may apply.
