We currently ship from the Netherlands to addresses in the Netherlands and Belgium only.
The exact amount for your order is always shown at checkout before you confirm.
Orders are processed and handed to the carrier within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on a weekend or public holiday are processed on the next business day. During sale periods this may take slightly longer.
Once your parcel has been handed to the carrier, delivery normally takes:
Counting processing and delivery together, the estimated delivery time from placing your order is 2–5 business days in the Netherlands and 3–6 business days in Belgium. These are estimates based on the carrier's usual times, not a guaranteed delivery date; if a parcel runs late we will always help you trace it.
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. You can also use the Track Your Order page to view the status of all your orders.
The Netherlands and Belgium are both part of the EU single market, so no customs duties or import charges apply.
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect address or repeated failed delivery attempts, we will contact you; re-shipping costs may apply.
